Job Summary
We are looking for a highly capable and proactive Virtual Assistant who can go beyond task execution and actively contribute to strategy, problem solving, and process improvements. This role requires someone who is not only organized and detail oriented but also resourceful and forward thinking, able to anticipate needs and create solutions without waiting for instructions.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling both administrative and strategic tasks, working closely with leadership to ensure smooth operations and growth.

Responsibilities

Invoices and Bookkeeping

• -Create, track, and manage invoices
• -Support bookkeeping tasks, ensuring records are accurate and up to date

Cold Outreach and Lead Generation

• Develop and execute cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, instagram.)
• Research and identify potential leads, craft personalized outreach, and track responses
• Suggest new strategies to improve conversion rates

LinkedIn Management

• Manage and optimize the LinkedIn account (posts, engagement, connections)
• Proactively identify opportunities for networking and visibility

Tracking Metrics and Reporting

• Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and outreach metrics
• Present reports with insights and recommendations for improvement

Proactive Support

• Anticipate needs and bring forward ideas for process improvements
• Suggest new tools, strategies, or workflows to increase efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
• Strong skills in invoicing
• Experience with cold outreach, lead generation, and LinkedIn management
• Comfortable with tracking and interpreting performance metrics
• Proactive, self starter mindset, able to work independently and think strategically
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Tech savvy and able to learn new tools quickly
• Experience in digital marketing, social media, or influencer outreach
