Duties

  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Monitor social listening channels to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback, providing insights to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Design eye-catching graphics and visuals using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Creative Suite to support campaigns and branding efforts.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and increase online visibility.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform future initiatives.
  • Support public relations efforts by drafting press releases, managing relationship management activities with influencers or partners, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Assist in content creation including photography and video editing to produce multimedia assets that resonate with target audiences.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels while proofreading all content for accuracy and clarity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience or strong interest in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools including Google Analytics.
  • Ability to create compelling visual content through photography or video editing skills; experience with video editing software is a plus.
  • Strong written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and editing content for clarity and impact.
  • Understanding of social listening tools and techniques to monitor brand reputation online effectively.
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising or other digital advertising platforms is desirable.
