Call Answering Agent – Virtual Receptionist Job in the UK (Bebbletree Limited)

Full Job Description

We are a well-established telecommunications company who is looking for an experienced call taker to join their busy and expanding Virtual Receptionist team, it is therefore important you can hit the ground running.

This is a 30 hours per week position for which we offer a rate of £12.71 per hour rising with progression. The working hours are 11.30 am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday with some bank holiday working required.

We are looking for a candidate confident in taking calls in a busy call centre environment with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to multitask under pressure. As the messages we send to our clients must be professional, the candidate will also need exceptional grammar and punctuation skills to ensure messages are clear and to the point. Previous experience of working within a call centre is essential.

Key responsibilities include taking inbound calls on behalf of our clients and following any instructions they have provided, working quickly and efficiently on the phone. We don’t follow scripts which can mean having to think on your feet, we also don’t work to targets but do expect a high level of customer service and efficiency.

We have a fantastic office in Doxford and currently operate a hybrid working policy with two days in the office. Therefore, it is essential that you can commute to Doxford.
