Our rules about refunds and cancellations.
Money paid for international exams like IELTS, PTE, or GRE cannot be refunded because we pay it directly to the exam bodies immediately you register.
If you pay for a training class and change your mind before the class starts, we will refund you, but we will deduct a small administrative fee. However, once classes have started, we will not give any refund.
Payments made for coworking spaces or private offices are not refundable. But, you can transfer your unused days to another person if you speak with our management first.
If you qualify for a refund based on the rules above, please write an email or visit our office. It usually takes about 3 to 5 working days for the money to enter your account.
