We are creating a provider list for a mental health resource website. We need someone to help our list grow from 500 to 1500/2000. This position includes provider research in California and is mostly data entry. You will need to screen out providers who have fake virtual addresses or are associated with 3rd party companies. We need someone who is very fast at data entry, highly organized and accurate.

It is 5 hours per week for the next 3-4 weeks with the possibility of continuing with relevant tasks. The hours are flexible at 5 hours per week and there are work deadlines each week. To be considered we want to know how fast you are are data entry and online research.

JOB DESCRIPTION-REQUIRED

  • Research relevant providers online and add to excel list. Ability to work at a fast and highly accurate pace.
  • Build a contact database of ~1,000 to 1,500/2,000 mental health providers
  • Proven experience with data entry and list building or holds similar strong skill set.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formatting, basic formulas)
  • Ability to quickly clean, organize, and manage large datasets (1,000+ contacts)
  • Experience converting and working with file formats (CSV, Excel, Word using Microsoft Word)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy (minimal errors in contact data) cross checking with current list required
  • Ability to research and locate providers, work quickly and meet deadlines.
